Quick, easy treat! Really one of my favorites...I posted it few days ago on my Facebook, .

so here is the recipe..
Dough
1 cup of oats
1 cup of dates
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1/2 cup dried coconut
1/2 teaspoon ground spice and cinnamon
few drops vanilla essence / vanilla sugar
1/2 of a cup dried cranberries ( optional )
filling :
1 banana
1 avocado
3 teaspoons of lemon juice
3-4 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
vanilla sugar ( optional ), vanilla essence
3 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
agave syrup to taste
Top :
Blueberries blended with few spoons of agave syrup, few extra blueberries , sprinkle with some milled linseed
Blend all ingredients for dough in your food process, until it all begins to stick together and leave aside or in fridge foe few minutes.
Filling : throw all the ingredients in the food processor and process when smooth and ready- put in the fridge.
Then use your favorite forms / mold and make cheesecakes as you like :)
Leave in a fridge for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
